A fireplace insert is a firebox designed to fit within a suitable opening or surround. Our electric inserts provide a flame display and electric heat without burning wood. Compare the selected model’s overall dimensions with its installation diagram; the product’s outside measurements are not a substitute for the required opening and clearances.

Electricity use depends on the selected power setting and how long the heater runs. A 1500W setting uses 1.5 kilowatt-hours for each hour of continuous operation at that power; a 750W setting uses 0.75 kilowatt-hours. Thermostat cycling can change actual use. Multiply energy consumption by your local electricity rate to estimate cost.
